The Kipsoen National Polytechnic Strategic Plan 2025–2028 provides a roadmap for the transformation and development of the Polytechnic. It sets out the institution’s strategic direction, priorities, objectives, programmes and key areas of institutional development.
The Strategic Plan focuses on strengthening quality competency-based training, modern infrastructure and green campus development, industry linkages and innovation, student welfare and community outreach, financial sustainability, and governance and institutional capacity.
